It’s beautiful here! Although there isn’t much to do in the winter due to snow, the room is so cozy and beautiful. The room came with a fireplace and the views were nice. It was a good escape from reality. The staff is very quiet. You can’t call directly, but they do text and txt back fast.

This is probably an older motel, but very recently remodeled. The laminate floors that don't retain dirt like carpet are nice in an area that gets snow often and i really appreciated that the heat was turned on beforeI i arrived so the room was warm.

Surestay Plus Hotel by Best Western Susanville
Okay as usual. This room looked more worn down than others we have stayed in here. The bed needed replacing, a pit in the middle of it. Front desk was very nice.
