  • Smoking, eating or drinking is not allowed in the entire Palace premises.
  • Taking photographs is not allowed inside the Palace.
  • It is not allowed: touching pieces, works of art, leaning on furniture or sitting on chairs.
  • It is not permitted to enter the premises with suitcases or travel packages.
  • The ticket is personal and non-transferable, valid only for the day, time and number of people indicated on them. No changes or refunds are allowed.
  • To access the Palace you must be in possession of a valid ticket or pass with a QR code that must be shown to access control personnel and must be kept until departure.
