-The Malbaie River and the view of its spectacular cliffs from July 20 to 25, 2026
-The Lièvre River and its almost paradisiacal campsites, Hautes-Laurentides, from August 16 to 23, 2026 (8 days)
-The delightful Bazin River, Hautes-Laurentides, from September 11 to 20, 2026 (10 days with access by train)

In all cases:

• Technical level 2 out of 4 – Beginners and intermediate riders are welcome. We improve technically to fully enjoy the activity. The learning curve remains moderate.
  -Physical intensity: 2 out of 5 - moderate. The trip is suitable for people who are in good health but may have some minor, manageable issues (back pain, knee pain) that do not compromise their ability to do 4-5 hours of physical activity per day
  Comfort and food
  -Comfort 4 out of 5 – Wild but comfortable camping. The guide cooks mainly fresh produce and a few homemade dehydrated dishes. Very few processed products. And a few culinary surprises! In addition, you are provided with a neoprene wetsuit and neoprene socks, as well as a paddle jacket.
