Great budget accomodation and the breakfast was great. Comfortable bed and room and staff were very helpful

Main Lead Ballarat Motel
The staff at reception was very friendly and suggested lots of activities/sights to visit. The room itself was ok, but the sheets on the bed smelt like cigarette smoke and the shower was filthy.
