Good things: swimming pool and hot tub, spacious for 12 of us. The lake at Coco plage is lovely. Not so good: no responses to my messages before our stay therefore confusion over bed linen. B&B HOTEL Alençon Nord
It’s a motel, not a hotel. Facilities are very poor. The desk is not operating after 9pm so no requests can be fulfilled. We booked as 2 but only had one towel. The “air conditioning” operated not as a heater so it could not cool the room. We will never book a B&B hotel again.

Hôtel Inn Design & Restaurant Alençon
The staff and restaurant meals were excellent. Because we are elderly the only problem for us is that the toilet is very low.
