Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was better than most low cost hotels but a little sparse compared to other places. The only negative I can really see was that pool was not open or functioning. Otherwise, I would gladly stay here again.

The thermostat did not work ... Even though I called repair & they showed me how to do it once they left the hvac heater would not turn on... Your stat installer did Not Remove the clear protective film from the stat display. Signs of a poor install job... Nice to have a wall mounted stat but useless ...

Courtyard by Marriott Springfield Downtown
The staff at the hotel was great. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was run down, and the breakfast buffet was not good at all. We stayed 2 nights and didn't get fresh towels, nor did they make the bed or freshen up the room. I will not be staying at the Marriot again.
