Room was clean, Staff were super. Food was good. Missed the hot tub - never saw it. One minor suggestion would be to install even the smallest of space heaters into the rooms to help take the chill and dampness out on those cool nights and mornings. It was about 15C during our visit.

Room was clean, large with spectacular view from nice balcony. Lamps didn’t work but there was electricity. Walkways were nice, but gardens were disappointing. Best botanical gardens in CR are at EL ARCA, Santa Barbara, Heredia - world class!
