Madonna Inn
The pool is nice but very crowded, you can also get drinks up there but they had only one, very overwhelmed, bartender working. The rooms are always lovely and quirky, but the walls must be paper thin, as we could hear EVERYTHING from the room above us. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Avenue Inn Downtown San Luis Obispo
We have booked a room here a few times and have always had a wonderful stay. The space is large and no issues with parking close to our room. I love the location. It is downtown ad within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
