The cleanliness issue we noticed was the inside of the drawers and fridge,freezer. Alot of animal hair under the table and dirt on the headrest of hot tub. The Otter Supper Club & Lodge
The room was large we liked that and had a table so we were able to play games. Also liked the balcony. Never met anyone on the staff so hard to say if they were curtious or not.
