The hotel was a great location that was close to everything. The staff was amazing! There were stairs for sure but they had someone to help with bags. They even set us up with a tour to murano included in the cost. We had a room with a view of the Rialto bridge and I couldn’t have asked for a better ...

They were really nice , it’s super well located … the view is breathtaking… breakfast was really good . The only thing we did not like was the AC because the have them set up for heater and the room was hot . In Europe people open the windows but they have no screens and I was afraid of a rat coming ...
