Breakfast wasn’t the warmest, there is no soap in the rooms just shower gel at the sink which is poor. The staff were dismissive when I asked about the soap

Good choice of drinks in bar. Can highly recommend the Orchard Pig draught cider. Breakfast has a good selection of food, can recommend the haggis. Staff very helpful.

I have stayed here many times but never on the 3rd floor, and the room has not been renovated recently unlike the other floors. Friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking, great views and good value, but 3rd floor rooms are a bit small and dated.
