Francesca was the best! we were only on a stay over night before an early flight.. she made sure we understood trains into venice, connected us with a driver to the airport at 4:30 am.. upgraded us to a larger room.. She was great!!!

Polite staff, clean rooms, great fitness center! Breakfast was tasted - the bar lacked a consistent attendant and no snacks - would have spent more time there on the evening if that were more available :)
