Uhmmmm, the staff is great! But the overall cleanliness needs huge improvement. If there is mold on a seal you should probably fix that, also if an end table is basically rusted out probably time to get a new one.

Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Phenix City
The room smelled and had peeling paint towels were not clean. Staff was ok. It was a cheap room so I don't feel I could complain much but I will not say there again.
