"WE USUALLY STAY AT THE HAMPTON AT BROOKHAVEN BUT THEY WERE TOO EXPENSIVE THIS TIME SO WE CHOSE HOMEWOOD SUITES WHICH WAS FANTASTIK. VERY CLEAN AND NEW OR AT LEAST LOOKS NEW . WELL MAINTAINED. "Arrived there one hour before check in. They gave someone else their room right away but made me wait an hour. Said it was because they were busy but the parking lot was empty. Don’t usually stay at hiltons anymore because of a bad experience but thought I would give this one a try. Big mistake."

"Hotel was okay - staff was very competent, professional, helpful. But at least one elevator (of just 3) was out of order. So we ended up using the service elevators… once we found out about them. Windows opened, but would not stay open, and there were no screens, at least in our room."

"The shower hot water didn’t work when we got there. After the maintenance staff fixed it it lasted not even a day before we lost any pressure. The manager was rude when I came down to have someone fix the shower."
