Staff was extremely unfriendly when checking in, was rude at first and then became nice after some time. The hotel was dark, there was no lighting in the main hallways (making it difficult to locate the elevator) and the lighting in the bedroom was very dim. Staff was unsure how to turn on the hallway ...
