The Lobby smelled like a sewer, our room was barely made up the entire trip and I had to go into the hall to get clean towels. My reservation was no searchable so upon arrival it took us an hour to check it and for the staff to find our reservation which I already paid for.

They tried to put me in a shady area away from the regular hotel but they moved me, staff were nice. Be sure you asked to be at the main hotel and not the one by the campground.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Depending on how you like your mattress I'm just not a fan of very firm. The fire pit was by far my favorite you have the river running behind you as you're sitting in rocking chairs by the fire 🔥
