"We had a nice stay at the resort. It was clean, tidy, and kid friendly. I would suggest using a descaler for the shower head in our room to improve the water pressure. Also the humidifier had a filter that needed changing. We checked out 2 days early and have not heard back in regards to our refund. ..."

"Property was easy to find, staff was friendly, there were three restaurants at the property, ample parking,and walkable to the Lake Louise Village. Lakview Tours is accessible in the parking lot and parking available on site which is very convenient."
