Combine an exclusive guided visit to the city's main heritage sites with an artisanal yolk rounding workshop and a local wine and cheese tasting, on a tour designed to be enjoyed without haste and with all the senses.

WHAT THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Private guided visit of Avila, accompanied by an official tour guide, with admission to the interiors of the Cathedral, the Basilica of San Vicente, and a climb to one of the sections of the ramparts, offering panoramic views of the city.
  • Entrance fees to all monuments included in the route.
  • Artisanal yema pastry-making workshop, where participants will learn about and experience first-hand the traditional process of making this emblematic Avila sweet.
  • Food tasting of local products: 1 red wine and 1 white wine from DOP Cebreros, and 2 local artisanal cheeses, made from sheep and goat milk.

PROGRAM:
· 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Private guided tour of Ávila's main historical sites, enjoying the interiors of the monuments and the climb to the wall.
· 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Exclusive yema rounding workshop, with explanation and practice of the artisanal process, accompanied by a food tasting of specialities from the bakery.
· 1:30 – 2:00 PM: Tasting of 2 Cebreros PDO wines and 2 local cheeses, perfect for rounding off the experience with a gourmet touch.

DURATION: Approximately 3.5 hours, designed to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace, harmoniously combining history, culture, and gastronomy.

SCHEDULE: From 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM, in the morning, ideal for exploring the city in optimal light and without rushing.

AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday, with prior booking and subject to confirmation.

LANGUAGES: Spanish, English, and Italian, ensuring personalised and quality service for national and international visitors.
