What you can expect

Discover all the history and secrets of lavender in Provence. L'Essentiel de Lavande opens its doors to you.
The tour starts with a sensory test involving lavender and lavandin. As you approach the fields, you will learn about the cultivation of these plants and the reasons for their cohabitation with truffle oaks. Finally, you will learn about their cutting and distillation. Using a demonstration glass still, you will be able to clearly follow the method of extracting the essential oil.
The tour concludes with a tasting of a hot or iced lavender infusion, accompanied by our homemade crunchy treats as well as lavender ice cream.

A tour suitable for all audiences, available from spring and throughout the season.
