Immerse yourself in the glory of Nanyue with a visit to the Foshan Tanxiu Banquet. Experience a feast centred on Nanyue culture, combining street interaction, immersive drama, and Lingnan food.

Begin your journey by exploring the recreated ancient streets and lanes, complete with winding bluestone paths, lanterns, and carved beams. Opt for ancient-style makeup and attire, transforming into a character from the past.

From 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM, enjoy immersive street interaction games. Try your hand at ancient games like Gobang, Chinese chess, darts, and more. Professional actors, dressed as NPCs, accompany and interact with you, offering a playful and engaging experience.

At 7:00 PM, take your seat for a 1-hour and 40-minute immersive drama. Watch the love-hate relationship between King Zhao Mo of Nanyue and a folk woman unfold. Enjoy a double delight of watching the drama while savouring Lingnan delicacies.

Indulge in dishes like Morel Stewed Fish Maw, Flaming Crispy Rice Snowflake Beef, and Baked Lobster with Cheese. Each dish is crafted with fresh local ingredients, perfectly blending the flavours of Lingnan cuisine with royal cooking techniques.

Throughout the banquet, actors interact with guests, turning you from a spectator into a participant. Immerse yourself in the flow and charm of thousands of years of history, making this experience a memorable highlight of your Foshan trip.
