Parfait. Le restaurant étant plein, nous avons mangé au bar. Excellent.

Very hectic staff, on the booking side it was funny to learn that the mountain view in reality means street/ garage view. I find it quite tricky and unfair for the first time visitors. Tried to charge for extra days of parking( which were not there) Not giving you an impression you want to be a returning customer

Un vrai bonheur, une seule envie: y retourner

Nous avons passé trois nuits au W, et tout fut parfait. La chambre absolument magnifique, très bien aménagée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, un mélange de chalets et de design. Nous avons eu l'occasion de tester tous les restaurants avec une préférence pour le W kitchen au niveau culinaire, mais le Carve où l'on mange principalement des sushis, était aussi excellent. La décoration de l'ensemble de l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique chaque petit détail bien recherché. Le restaurant à tapas est aussi une jolie expérience . Le buffet du petit déjeuner est absolument parfait. Mais la chose la plus incroyable dans cette hôtel est la gentillesse la bienveillance du personnel. Nous y sommes allé pendant la période des vacances scolaires l'hôtel était presque plein et jamais nous n'avons manqué de quoi que ce soit, chacune de nos attentes a été comblée de manière parfaite. Great stay! Super hotel!

Location: au bas des pistes de Medran
Même si aller dans un hôtel à la montagne en automne m' évoquait "Shining", l'hôtel est fidèle à la chaîne W et fait partie de 5* plus: design, très confortable avec beaucoup de petites attentions (et un SPA inox tres sympa) et un restaurant prometteur!

Fabulous Ski Weekend

Booked a last minute ski trip to Verbier and decided to stay at the W and I'm so glad we did. The hotel is just perfect great location, great rooms, lovely friendly staff and a fabulous spa. Throughly enjoyed our weekend - I couldn't recommend it more!
