Unfortunately I was disappointed to the customer service. There were issues to get another blanket as requested multiple times. Eventually my mother slept only with a duvet as her cover, no sheet was included even though we asked one from the reception. It seems incomprehensible that even the housekeeper didn't notice such a thing even though someone visited our room daily. Personally, I have not experienced such a situation never during my travels. Additionally, the air of the room was uncomfortably moist. Breakfast was okay and the location of the hotel was good.
