Magnifique lieu tout étais très bien. Cependant: - L'eau des piscines n'est pas chauffée. - C'est une bataille pour avoir des serviettes pour la piscine et les transats. - Les salles de bains vous n'avez pas toujours des champoings ou des cutips pour les oreilles. - Sous les lits il y avait des bouteilles Autrement c'étais super bien.

Im gross und ganzen OK. Ist in meinen Augen aber kein 5 Sterne Hotel sondern ein 4 Sterne. Einige Mitarbeiter müssen einiges lernen. Habe aber auch sehr gute konfrontationen erlebt. Was mir persönlich gefehlt hat ist, ein kleiner Rundgang in dem uns alle Möglichkeiten aufgezeigt werden die vom Hotel zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ebenfalls was mir auch nicht gefallen hat ist, dass nich jeder Alkohol inklusive war, obwohl es ein All inklusiv Hotel ist. Der Strand ist sauber und schön, jedoch fehlt dort der Service der direkt am Strand sein sollte.

Jetzt in der Saison gibt es immer wieder neue Mitarbeiter, die zu Beginn taeglich geschult werden, damit sie über ünser Konzept etc informiert sind. Wir bedauern, sollte es hier zu Fehlinformationen sein. Qualitativ hochwertige Import Alkoholiha sind nicht in unserem Konzept enthalten. Eine Liste mit unserem Angebot liegt stets an den Bars aus. Da der grösste Teil unserer Gaeste mit einem Veranstalter anreist, erhalten die Gaeste beim Gespraech mit dem Reiseleiter alle notwendigen Informationen. Unsere Gaestebetreuung hat für alle Fragen und Belange unserer Gaeste jedoch stets ein offenes Ohr.
