We appreciate our guest's honest feedback regarding their experience as it allows us the opportunity to identify our strengths and weaknesses inorder to offer our guests the best possible experience.We would like to highlight that we prioritize in the daily cleaning that is conducted around the island to ensure cleanliness however due to the amount of trees all around the island there may be some fallen leaves left behind at times.Our All Inclusive afternoon tea time includes snacks such as sandwiches, cakes, tea and coffee. Therefore, if guests wish to have fries with the sandwich during tea time it can be ordered on the side.As our buffet timings are pre scheduled and informed to all guests, we urge guests to ensure that they do not miss any meals as we are unable to extend the buffet timing for individual guests. We do appreciate your constructive comments, and I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the respective teams as part of our continued efforts to improve our guest experience.Best regards,
