Bestellte Frühstücksboxen gingen vergessen. Dann haben sie 2 vegane, sehr fantasie- und lieblose Frühstücksboxen zubereitet, obwohl wir keine Veganer sind (und wer isst einfach ein Salatblatt aus dem Kühlschrank?). Wir haben dann aufs Frühstück verzichtet. Die Reinlichkeit des Zimmers und des Bettes war nicht obtimal. Unsere Reservationsanfrage per Mail für das Rooftop-Restaurant wurde nicht beantwortet.

Für so ein grosses Hotel sind die Abläufe schlecht. An der Rezeption immer sehr lange Wartezeiten, nach dem Check-In gingen wir ins Zimmer und das 3. Bett, welches von der Mitarbeiterin noch erwähnt wurde, hat gefehlt. Wieder Anstehen, dann wurde dies bezogen. Als wir an einem Abend das Frühstück für den nächsten Tag dazugebucht haben, haben wir beim Check-Out festgestellt, das dieses für alle 3 Tage belastet wurde. Wir hoffen, dass uns dies wieder rückvergütet wird.
