"Beschwerde über zusätzliche Gebühr wegen Hotelwechsel Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, wir haben unsere 10-tägige Reise nach New York vom 03.10. bis 12.10.2025 lange im Voraus geplant und bereits im August alle Buchungen abgeschlossen. Kurz vor der Reise wurden wir über die Stornierung unserer ursprünglichen Hotelreservierung informiert. Nach mehreren Stunden telefonischer Klärung wurden wir in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht, das – obwohl es sich in einer anderen Lage befindet – unseren Aufenthalt dennoch angenehm gestaltet hat. Allerdings wurde uns eine zusätzliche Gebühr in Höhe von 19 US$ pro Tag berechnet, insgesamt 179,91 US$ (156,60 Euro). Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass diese Gebühr erstattet wird, sobald wir den Zahlungsnachweis vorlegen. Daher wende ich mich an Sie, um die Rückerstattung des genannten Betrags zu beantragen.
