Staff was wonderful. They helped us out alot when we were not available to check out of our room, due to being stranded on Kangaroo Island overnight. The staff helped all they could to extend our check out to noon, then they packed our things for us when we did not make our check out time, and kept everything secure for us until we returned. We really appreciated all of this. Thank you so much.

The Hotel, staff and food were excellent. But the huge fail was how dirty the pool area floor was extremely bad. Just hosting down only moves the dirt around. Very yucky feeling on your bare feet. I did tell reception desk .
