"Sehr freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Wir bekamen ein schönes Zimmer im 5. Stock zur Straße, das sehr ruhig war! Die Klimaanlage lässt sich individuell einstellen und auch abschalten. Das Bad ist komfortabel und mit einer Regendusche (mit farbiger Beleuchtung) und allen notwendigen Duschmitteln ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist die kostenlose Minibar, die täglich nachgefüllt wurde. Frühstück fand wegen Umbauarbeiten im gegenüberliegenden Restaurant statt war sehr gut. Es bot besonders viel frisches Obst und Gemüse an. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral mitten in der Fußgängerzone und man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Metro und Bus/Straßenbahn (Rossio) sind nur ein paar Schritte entfernt "
