This is the worst property that we stayed in, on our trip to Greece. I would give it a negative rating. The bathrooms were horrible. Shower didn’t work, the bed covers were dirty. The flush didn’t work. bathrooms had mold, the soap dispenser didn’t work We paid a hefty amount for this property and I don’t know whar was I being charged for. The morning breakfast was served but was stale. The eggs were black on the inside. There were cats on the property. And as soon as we left, rhe cats started eating on the table we were dining on. When I told the owner, he told me - cats don’t eat eggs. Absurdity. So mind you, if you are staying at this property, you are also sharing dishes with cats. The driver was shouting at the cleaner and then left in angst. This property can be sued for being a health hazard. DO NOT stay here. I wish there were honest reviews on expedia and I had read them before staying here. I will add photos for you to review. This property is also in the middle of NOWHERE. dont waste your money!

We just had one quick night but it met all of our expectations and then some .Easy walk to the beach for fresh seafood at a beach restaurant, cats visited us for breakfast and it was an easy transfer to the airport. It was a nice piece of suburban experience.

Peris hotel is great value for money, a very comfortable and quiet stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, free airport shuttle was great. A simple but tasty breakfast of various breads, spreads, yoghurt, cheese and hard boiled eggs was included. Would definitely stay again for the ease of the experience.

Would love to give this family owned hotel 5 stars but I can not over look that the glass doors to our balcony were filthy and the WiFi only worked in front of the hotel lobby, breakfast was limited but not the amount of cats around, the shuttle didn’t pick us up if was the father’s personal car that was falling apart. However the family went above and beyond with communication and recommendations great places to eat. If you need somewhere affordable for a night or two and no WiFi it’s good.

Short but sweet

Didnt get to stay long, just an overnight stay but what little time we had, this hotel was perfect. Free pickup from and to Athens airport. Room was spacious and clean and the beds were super comfy. Host even suggested a restaurant in Artemida which offered a free transfer to and from the hotel that ended up being one of the best meals we had in Greece.

Noises were significant Our balcony was a nice touch but the chairs had no cushions and the rattan was dented heavily (almost a large hole) on two chairs and we couldn’t completely close the balcony doors to lock position.

Our room was clean but the hotel overall was very dated. A light in our room didn’t work. The area around the hotel wasn’t great. Airport shuttle was good. Although breakfast was included and we didn’t have any, the hotel wanted to charge us $2 for a bottle of water.
