The staff was great but there was a problem with the room. The key card was hard to find into the slot for electrics because it was partially bucked by the shower room doors and in the pitch black dark was hard to see which resulted in my walking into a corner wall and ending up with a bruise on my forehead. The staff brought me ice which was helpful and I am ok but really poor design. Having a hallway between the main sleep area and the door which is not straight on and is also blocked by the shower room louvred doors which open out is somewhat treacherous! The beds and amenities were terrific and so was breakfast!

Great hotel next to airport for easy departure. Useful information was emailed about hotel facilities prior to my stay. Requested feather-free room was not provided but quickly resolved after arrival. Staff were very helpful in all areas of the hotel.

Excellent stay. Nice, clean, modern hotel. Enjoyed the top floor restaurant. Didn't try the spa or pool but looked clean and well maintained. Rooms were updated and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. And the hotel is just across the street from the airport. Ideal for a pre flight stay. Top marks from me!
