3 night stay and the $900 hold on your card for I don’t know what that you do not get back for over 12 days is ridiculous . Plus the 62.95 a day resort fee on top of the $65 a day parking after paying $1,300 up front to stay there is a little uncalled !! I can understand maybe a flat $159 hold fee for 3 nights but $900 for 3 nights and then the don’t give it back for 12 days just ridiculous . And of course it says no where this charge till you check in .

The original room was fine. Decided to upgrade to sphere view room and was told it would be ready shortly. After five hours of waiting for the room to be ready, finally went to the main desk to see what in the world was going on. We were then offered a room at the Palazzo in place. The Palazzo is definitely much nicer and cleaner appearing than the Venetian. The whole experience was great overall outside of that. The d’luxe diner is the best part of the stay! Their food was great and I highly recommend. Very thankful to have been moved over to the other tower with the amount of money I spent.

Not exactly family friendly. Fridge in room. No microwave to reheat food. What's the point of the fridge? I've stayed in tons of nice hotels, where something, breakfast, anything was included with the stay. Absolutely nothing was included. Not even a coffee maker in the room. As a matter of fact, they charge extra for snacks. About $850 more than what i expected to pay for our stay.
