Booked 2 connecting rooms. One room was ready, the other was not. We were told as soon as the room was ready they would text and we could have someone bring up the keys. Hours later, went to the desk again and was told the room still wasn't ready, but they would waive the resort fee for 2 nights for one room and the connecting room charge. Went back to the room and notified that the connecting room was now ready. Called down to ask to have the keys brought up and was told that they don't normally do that. Eventually they said they would have the keys brought up.
