Love this place! Stayed at The Palazzo back in August! The Venetian is a larger property. Check in was a breeze! Our 2 queen room was Extremely Clean and well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, 2 bath robes. House keeping was on point every morning. The Hotel itself is Gorgeous! Very Clean at the North End of the strip. Plenty of Very Good Restaurants. We ate at Buddy V's and Cantarito. Both highly recommended. Swimming pools were warm and hot tubs were hot. Exercise room was one of the better ones we have been to in Vegas. Casino floor had everything you want in a Vegas Casino. We asked if we can have a late checkout because my wife hadnt been feeling well and we had a 6pm flight out of Vegas. Marlon at the front desk was very friendly and professional allowed us a late 2pm check out free of charge which was greatly appreciated! We will be staying here again!

The room and the facilities were clean, modern and comfortable. Our water did go off the last night we were there and did not come on for many hours making it impossible to shower, flush toilet or anything else that required running water. They simply stated that there was a water line issue and didn’t know when it would get fixed

Room was lovely, but the South Tower requires that you take two banks off elevators to reach it, and the elevators are nowhere near each other. Very confusing. Would have been nice to have one complimentary bottle of water in the room at least. Otherwise, great property with easy access to the Sphere.

This hotel makes it incredibly difficult to obtain your credits from Expedia it is like pulling teeth and you waste so much time trying to get them. A drink is $25 and Expedia gives you $20 beverage credit, you also do not receive ANY rewards for paying for the hotel if you book through a 3rd party. The rooms are spacious, but dark not enough lighting options to see well.

The room was quite beautiful and clean. I guess I’ll never understand why some Las Vegas mega hotels have never put smokers off to themselves but that’s just the way it is. That’s the reason for 4 stars. But we wanted to be near the Sphere and Venetian’s direct connection was very nice. Ample very good restaurants was a big plus as well.
