Considering the cost of our room plus the $67 per day resort fee. I would have expected the room to have been serviced daily which it wasnt leaving us without clean towels, toilet paper or tissues and full trash bins. I was also amazed that there wasnt a coffee machine in the room. First hotel i have ever experienced this.

Sad to see the quality of such an amazing resort go downhill like that. The Venetian cleanliness has a lot of room for improvement. Pushy staff that pressure you to upgrade and when you decline you get subpar service. Restaurants are amazing!

My mother (79 years old, using a folding scooter) and I (56 years old, wearing a left lower limb brace) stayed for 3 nights in Aug.2025. 1. The room was ADA-compliant, but we had to walk extremely long distances to get anywhere. 2. The room was dark all day (the view was just of the courtyard pool), and even with the lights on, I couldn't read text. 3. I needed boiling water for medical treatment, but there was no kettle in the room. When I tried to request one, I was told it would cost $35, so I gave up. 4. I brought injections with me, but the refrigerator had no depth, so they kept rolling out every time I opened it, causing me significant stress. 5. I needed to check in my scooter for the flight, requiring prior size registration. I couldn't find the rental scooter's dimensions online. I requested assistance via the internal phone to borrow a measuring tape, but they insisted I provide the manufacturer and refused to lend one. The room was too dark to see the numbers, and I needed to move the scooter near the window, which was difficult due to my limited mobility.

Always enjoy the Venetian. Love the cozy rooms although needs more lighting. Clean, convenient and renovated suites. Love it.
