The valet guy made our stay super special, he is the face of The Grand, The room needs some updating bathroom door was water damage, wear and tear in the room just needs a good refresh. Also we had four in the room and had to constantly request more bath towels as was only we’re left with two towels until the end of the stay. Toilet paper was another issue was never left enough. But when we rang it was brought up within like 10mins. Only two jets working in the spa and the spa was very cloudy. Overall was a great stay and would stay again the reason for the 5 Stars was the valet guy. If it’s wasn’t for him I think I would give it 2 stars.

Our 3rd time at The Grand over 17 years. Noticed a bit of breakage in the room, such as the draw cord on the blinds - minor but annoying for functionality. Staff did ok given the key card system had crashed just as we checked in.
