"Edles, sehr großes Hotel in bester Lage zwischen Chicago River und Millennium Park. Makelloses Zimmer, zuvorkommendes Personal. Vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet, das kaum Wünsche offen ließ. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen gebucht, der Blick war aber nicht so toll wie erhofft und durch Kondenswasser im Fenster ohnehin getrübt. Geparkt haben wir in der Millennium Garage, deutlich günstiger als das Valet-Parking des Hotels selbst. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt großartig. "
