A great hotel that is in desperate need of a refresh. I heard some construction going on, so maybe they are aware and doing something about it. The restaurants and bars are top notch but VERY expensive. Two glasses of champagne and an appetizer at Flute was over $200. I've had drinks and appetizers in Beverly Hills and didnt pay near as much. I guess the ambience is what I paid. Having said these things, Inwoukd definitely go back with the hope the hope the rooms and hallways, especially of the Tower Club, have been refreshed.

From check-in to checkout, the service at this hotel was unfailingly warm and efficient. Staff remembered our names, anticipated small needs (extra towels, late turndown), and solved requests with zero fuss. Rooms are spotless and quiet, with good blackout curtains, fast Wi-Fi, and well-placed outlets—simple, but exactly what you want after a long day. Breakfast was the highlight: a generous spread that balanced local flavors with classic staples. Fresh fruit, made-to-order eggs, flaky pastries, and excellent coffee set the tone each morning. I appreciated the thoughtful touches—labels for allergens, quick refills, and a team that seemed genuinely proud of the food. Location is convenient for walking and transit; nights felt safe. The gym is compact yet functional, and the lobby bar is a relaxed place to end the day. Small wish list: add more hooks in the bathroom and a few firmer pillow options. Otherwise, superb value. I’d return in a heartbeat—and I’d book with breakfast included.

The buffet breakfast was great with many options and freshly baked pastries. I would not recommend making dinner reservations to their French restaurant. It's extremely expensive and what they serve doesn't match their prices. Not worthy it.

Great hotel for service

Hotel service and staff is excellent!!! The hotel condition of the room needs to be redocorated. The breakfast wasn't nice at all.
