Thank you for selecting lebua Hotel on your recent travel to Bangkok and for taking the time to share your comment, which I sincerely appreciate, particularly as I have recently joined the hotel. However, I understand that your recent stay was not up to your expectations, and I noticed from your comment that you were unhappy with the attitude from our team, with the pricing of the beverages at the rooftop bars, with the dress code and have experienced a foul smell on this occasion. I sincerely empathize with your feeling and apologize for the disappointment caused as this is certainly not the type of experience, I would like us to provide to you nor to any guests. I fully respect your opinion about the beverages pricing and the dress code as I recognize that every guest has a different appreciation of such policies. Nevertheless, I was concerned about the attitude from the service team and about the foul smell. Naturally, I have called for an investigation but understand that no comment has been shared with our Duty Manager during your time with us as they would have immediately taken action to remedy such situation. May I humbly ask if you could share any additional information in order for us to take the appropriate action to avoid any further inconvenience to other guests in the future.
