Our hotel stay was fabulous! Housekeeping was wonderful, hotel was spotless. The location was perfection, close walk to all the best attractions and restaurants. We especially loved the coffee and cucumber water in the lobby. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

DANGER! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! I tried to cancel my reservation several days in advance but was told because I did not cancel TWO WEEKS in advance, they would charge me for the entire stay! What hotel requires two weeks notice to change a reservation?! And then charges you for the entire stay (rather than just the first night)?! When I went there in person the staff was rude and said it was ‘policy.’ This place obviously has no idea what hotel industry standards are. I recommended Expedia not deal with this hotel any more.

Nice hotel in the old Gothic section of Barcelona. Note that the hotel is in a basically walking only part of the city so you won’t be able to take a taxi to it. You will want rollers on your luggage. It’s also hard to find due to very small signage. Good food at Bar Mono which is just around the corner.

Our stay was lovely. Somewhat of a disappointment in the room - no place to sit, to set a suitcase to unpack and limited hooks in the room to hang things. I realize the size is limited but not having a chair to sit on to put on shoes seemed extreme.

Really nice and cozy hotel. The only issue was finding the right gate. Once you find the gate and the elevator you are in a beautiful and well maintained hotel. Very quiet rooms which is a great thing to have in the bustling Barcelona. We stayed in another hotel earlier in the week and it was crazy noisy. But this one is amazing and very comfortable beds. I highly recommend it.

Excellent location in Gothic Quarter. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were very large relative to most European hotels. It even had a loft with seating area. The reception people were very friendly and welcoming.

Wow!! We just stayed at this beautiful hotel the last couple of days and everything was amazing! Yana was so accommodating in every way and made our stay so nice..as did Adela.. the rooms are really nice and the property is well kept and very classy! Highly recommended!

The location in the city is great. However, there is a theater attached to the hotel that is very loud until about 11:30 each night- too loud to fall asleep. We were told we could have 2 beverages free of charge for the stay, and then were charged.

Staff was helpful with transportation and attractions. The location is great - easy walk to 2 markets, Barcelona Cathedral, and Liceu metro station. Lots of dining and shopping within short walks in different directions. La Ramblas only a 5 minute walk. Hotel room was quiet, A/C worked well, bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was not substantive - croissants, juice, coffee.

Once we found this little jewel, we had delightful stay. The staff is very kind and helpful, the breakfast was adequate, and the room was wonderful. It was much larger than I expected and the bathroom is very contemporary and roomy. There were lots of restaurants and shopping places all in the general area. It was a great first time experience in Barcelona.
