Loved the location shore, palaces, cathedrals were easily accessible. comfortable rooms. Shower leaked onto floor, even when shower door was secure. Odd that there was not hair conditioner. Door to balcony did not latch easily. Hotel bar was open at odd/variable hours.

Room was nice and clean…and spacious. The staff here are so accommodating and nice. The breakfast buffet downstairs is straight amazing! There is so much food…and so nicely displayed. We got there early (in the morning from a cruise), and the check in staff asked us to sit down in the lobby to make us more comfortable while they managed the big crowd….they then so nicely took our bags into check in until the room was ready, and when we got back a handful of hours later, our bags were placed into our room for us. The location of this hotel is fantastic…all is walkable to the gothic quarter, the waterfront and several other beautiful areas. It was fantastic.

The hotel staff were very helpful at check in and with any information you need about the area. The hotel is elegant and clean. Has plenty of restaurants, shops and markets all right outside the hotel. The metro is less than a quarter mile up the street and bus stops on the street as well. Almost half mile walk from Barceloneta Beach.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the location and its walkability! The staff are amazing, as is the property itself! One thing to be aware of though is that the windows are not sound proof so you will hear the street traffic when staying in an exterior room but the view males up for it!
