Yuck!

The room smelled like mildew. The floor in the sitting area was slippery and the flooring near the door/AC was squishy and cracking. There was no fridge or microwave in the room despite being on the website. The bathroom door was difficult to close due to uneven tiles. No one refreshed our towels or tidied our room during our stay. No ice bucket was available in the room.

I always wanted to check this place out, glad I finally did. Price was affordable for 1 day, I like the elevator & stairs options, I definitely liked the size of the room. It's was comfy and clean.

Service was good! The shape of the entire place is descent. The room was a little updated, but had a couple of bad spots and the closet door was broken. Not a bad place for a quick overnight stay.

Everything was perfect except the coffee maker. Someone put a coffee pouch where the water goes and it was rotten. Had to clean it out . They should be checked after each guest checks out.

There was a dirty white hard towel handing in the shower upon arrival. The ceiling and rain damage visible inside of the room. The tub had rust in it. Breakfast started 1 hour after the original start Time posted on the wall. I was checked out of my room by staff because a team member did not verify room numbers and went off what another customer said. It was a disturbance to my trip. I would have never booked if u would have know the hotel was undergoing renovations. That should have been public knowledge.

I think the property and staff were great! Everything was nice and clean, inside and out. The only down was the internet, it was out during our entire stay! That was a bomber!! The overall experience was very good!

the place itself is ok but needs a lot of work like painting and fixing tha air conditioning in the main lobby and the meeting rooms.there was very little breckfast items on 6/12.2025.we had breakfast but other people that came in after 8:15 had very little to chose from.thank you.

The? Property was old. There was mold around the pool area need to be painted. The hot breakfast was not there. Most of the time you had to keep asking to have them bring out something. They never had coffee made and 2 of the 3 days, 4 days, we were there. The coffee was terrible In the first room, we had to be moved because behind the nightstand was condoms, very disappointed. But it did have a good location and the breakfast when it was. There was good.

Horrible experience

My travel was delayed and I couldn't contact the hotel. They cancelled the room at 2am and would not allow check-in until 3pm. Desk staff was rude and made no attempt to find a solution. Horrible experience.
