We were in Lugano for just one night for my partners birthday and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The staff were very kind and upgraded our room for the birthday celebration! We also were able to arrange a free shuttle to the train station when we left. Beautiful view from the room and other areas in the hotel. The room was terrible and need's renovation urgent. A Heating like in the 70th. The included breakfast is like in B&B Hotel, if the guest wants omlett must pay 9CHF. And in the room was a cockeroach which my dog tried to eat. The staff was OK. The fasade looks like the houses in communism. I would recomment this location with 6,0.
