Le pont arriĂšre du 8e Jackpine Lane est tout simplement imbattable! La grande terrasse fermĂ©e abrite le barbecue, le bain Ă  remous, trois tables de pique-nique, deux parasols, un chauffage au gaz extĂ©rieur permanent et de nombreuses chaises longues pour qu'il y ait de la place pour tout le monde! C'est l'un des rares terrains clĂŽturĂ©s Ă  Sunriver, ce qui en fait une maison idĂ©ale pour les animaux de compagnie. Le pont offre Ă©galement un flux et reflux facile vers et depuis la cuisine et la salle Ă  manger, alors que les steaks grĂ©sillent sur le barbecue, les salades et le pain peuvent ĂȘtre servis juste Ă  l'intĂ©rieur.

Cette maison a une trÚs belle cuisine et salle à manger, meublée avec une grande table à manger en bois ainsi que des siÚges de comptoir en bois pour les enfants. De l'autre cÎté de la cuisine, vous pouvez regarder et faire partie de toute l'action dans le salon avant.

Le salon dispose d'une petite chaĂźne hi-fi, d'une cheminĂ©e en rondins de gaz de lave et d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă©lĂ©gamment dissimulĂ©e, prĂȘte Ă  ĂȘtre mise en scĂšne pour votre marathon de cinĂ©ma nocturne. Le salon ouvre Ă©galement sur une autre petite terrasse, en attendant que les enfants prĂ©parent une partie de marelle ou de foursquare.

La deuxiĂšme salle de tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  l'arriĂšre a un grand canapĂ© en coupe, une autre cheminĂ©e Ă  gaz. Vous pourrez mĂȘme organiser votre propre tournoi de jeux en vous rendant dans le garage pour une partie de tennis de table. Si vous montez les escaliers, vous trouverez une aire de jeux isolĂ©e avec une autre petite tĂ©lĂ©vision, une maison de poupĂ©e, une table Ă  colorier et plus encore! Cela fournit un endroit idĂ©al pour les mamans de sortir avec leurs jeunes enfants tĂŽt le matin, afin de ne pas rĂ©veiller le reste de la maison.

De l'autre cÎté de la maison se trouvent les chambres à l'étage supérieur joliment décorées. La chambre à deux lits est une chambre particuliÚrement grande pour le sommeil des enfants - chaque lit est complet avec son propre jouet en peluche. Ils s'amuseront tellement - le seul problÚme que vous pourriez rencontrer est de les amener à dormir finalement la nuit. La suite principale est en bas. DCCA # 064

Relaxing weekend retreat.

We rented this home for some of our employees to stay at during our weekend long company Christmas party. They all reported back that they loved their accommodations. It was a warm, cozy place to relax during the cold weekend.

Family Fun

Great space for our extended family. Loved the bikes on site to use around town. During our stay, daytime temperatures were high, and the house a/c unit could not keep the house cool. The upstairs rooms were especially uncomfortable. Luckily, the temps dropped significantly in the evening, so the rooms were bearable for sleeping.

Great house for large groups

Jackpine 8 is a great house for large groups. We loved the two living areas. The fenced back yard was great for our dog. Nice hot tub. Clean house, we’ll stocked.

Wonderful property

The house was perfect for a small adult birthday party! I loved that it was all one floor so no one felt isolated or alone ever. Super comfy beds & couch. Very clean & well stocked. Great house & the property management was wonderful & helped me make changes to the reservation when needed very promptly!

Great location

We really enjoyed the enclosed back deck and hot tub! We spent most of our time out there and it was very peaceful. The house is spacious, plenty of room for all of us. The only disappointment was the AC does not keep it cool and doesn’t get to the upstairs at all. It does cool down at night but some of the screens were broken. We also weren’t able to check in until closer to 6:30, the housekeeping staff was very nice and let us put our groceries in the fridge at 4:30 when we arrived to check in. It would have been nice to receive a phone call or text from the property manager letting us know check in was delayed so we could have waited to get groceries and planned our arrival differently.

Great Family Getaway

We had three families stay together at this house, a total of 13 people. It had plenty of room for everyone and was very warm and comfortable. We really enjoyed the backyard with the hot tub and multiple tables and chairs. It’s in a great location too, a quiet little loop with easy access to the Village and Golf Course.

Large rental

Great pandemic getaway at a good price. Nice hot tub and quiet neighborhood close to skiing. Big tiled entry with ample hooks and shoe rack was a real plus. Too often rentals lack a good drop zone for stuff. The Wi Fi struggled to handle 4 people working and studying at the same time, but we had space to spread out and a good time when the work was over.

We absolutely LOVED this property! It was so so fun for the child in our group and having a larger family, we spent the whole time talking about how fun it would be to bring the whole crew of adults and 6 kids- YES! There is enough room for that! Such a fun and unique layout and cozy in every single room. Close to the shops and paths with minimal neighbors. Lots to utilize in the kitchen, everything organized, extra bathroom supplies, and kept very clean. The backyard was perfect for our pups and we didn't even get to the hot tub during our stay! I cannot express how much we loved staying here and will definitely be back to enjoy it for a longer stay :)

Good location but less than desirable accommodations

The location was good, lots of bikes, sharc passes and a fenced back yard. The hot tub was broken, the house has ants inside the bathrooms and mold. The first morning we woke up to our food being destroyed by mice. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a week stay for 14 people is a bit light and there is a note stating that the renter is to purchase more if needed. All of the accommodations are extremely old. Tube TVs, old bedding, minimal towels and essentials. Listing states 2 hide a beds. But there is only one and the “mattress” is a coil with a 1 inch mattress pad over it. Would not recommend this rental especially for the price. Very disappointed. This place needs a major overhaul.

Great Deck and Location

Our large family(13 people) stayed here over Memorial weekend. The 3 bathrooms worked well. Back deck with fence worked well to keep kids/dog insight, and hot tub was nice in evenings. House is fairly old and needs some minor repairs but clean. Functional home overall and great value. Oh and garage had lots of bikes.

Huge House with Plenty of Room

The house is great with many rooms to accommodate large parties. We really enjoyed our stay and our kids really loved the play room. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Overall good

My biggest complaint is that the stove didn’t work. The burners would barely get warm so we had to improvise when it came to cooking. A light bulb was burnt out and the house was pretty dated. But other than that, the layout was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were all good size. The double living rooms and dining area were awesome. And the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and my two year old. Overall it was a good stay.

Lots of space, but lacking everything else

There was definitely a lot of space to stretch out in at this property, but that was really the only plus to it. The house looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time - all of the shower doors had soap scum on them and the kitchen sink had bits of old food stuck to it. There were multiple things broken, working improperly, and/or missing in the place, including: - master shower didn't drain properly/was obviously clogged, and quickly filled with water/soap scum - multiple pieces of baseboard were falling off the wall and had exposed nails - a piece of the tile floor in the kitchen was broken and had simply been laid back in place without any kind of glue so it still moved around when walking by it - the kitchen was missing necessary utensils, including a can opener and scissors - there were no cleaning products in the house and only one roll of paper towels, so we ended up having to buy cleaner and more paper towels in order to keep the kitchen clean (we were there for over a week) We had seen the previous reviews about the beds being too firm/uncomfortable but figured it couldn't have been that bad. The beds were extremely springy and so hard that we literally woke up sore in the mornings. Brad (property manager) was extremely easy to work with and got back to me right away when I needed to extend our rental. I know if I had brought up these other issues earlier that he likely would have been able to help, but we were super busy during our time there that it was easier to do it ourselves.

Perfect pad for Grandparents and Grand-babies

Vacationing with (3) under 18 months is never easy but the layout of this house made things just a tad simpler. From the separate living rooms, fenced yard and open floor plan between the dinning room and kitchen it made time together and the moments when space was needed a breeze. To top it off the property manager was quick to respond and very accommodating!
