"Ich hatte bei Expedia gebucht weil ich stets die tel. Hilfe der Mitarbeiter sehr geschätzt hatte.
Bei einem Kommunikationsprobleme mit dem Hotel musste ich feststellen, dass sich jetzt eine blutarme Computerstimme damit abmüht...
Das werde ich mir nicht mehr antun und in Zukunft wieder direkt bei den Hotels buchen
