The experience was great, as the hotel offers many options so you don't need to leave it to have a good time. The pool is very good and the staff on the pool bar is excellent! The breakfast is awesome with many different options and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is also good and Khine was very helpful explaining how the area worked. Definitely a great choice in Phuket!

She knew i was staying for over 12 nights, she made sure i got an awesome room but she was on hand to makesure my stay was great. I had to switch rooms because the initial room I was given was surrounded by construction/renovation being made to the hotel's exterior. I raised the noise issue right away with the front desk and they were very helpful and efficient to move me to the other side of the building where it was quieter - they were extremely understanding and helpful. Beyond this hiccup, the room was clean, huge, and had a great view of Patong. m The only red flag I have were the loud and delusional tourists.

The staff was friendly. It was not super convenient to walk outside the hotel, but the hotel provided a free shuttle bus. The first room I checked into had a lot of ants, hence my 4/5 star review. However, they were quick to give me a new room which was good. I wouldn’t say that this restaurant met my expectations for a 5 star hotel but it was not bad.

The facilities, the modern touches, the breakfast layout, the pools, the gym and the room size/layout are all top notch at this resort. The one drawback is that this resort sits across a busy street from the ocean. There is no beach to speak of. This resort overlooks a beautiful ocean view across a major thoroughfare. If you are okay with being 15-30 minutes away (traffic pending) from Bangla Road by motorbike, then this is the resort for you. The resort offers a free shuttle (baht bus) service to get to Patong. It’s slow, not on time and the service ends at 8 pm I believe. Renting a motorbike, or utilizing Grab/Bolt ride share services are essential at this location. Again, the resort is very modern and well maintained. Just plan to be away from most beach entrances and fun if you stay here.
