Decent hotel in a great location

Room was comfortable and clean. One elevator was broken the entirety of my stay which made waits long. The sink didn’t have enough space for makeup and other toiletries. There were not adequate towel racks in the bathroom.

Some challenges but we will be back.

Our first night was unpleasant. We were on the 8th floor and we could hear a rumble and vibration from the roof equipment all night long. We were moved to another room which we greatly appreciated and slept quite well. There was a hassle getting the shower water to regulate. The bathtub was easily regulated but every time we turned on the shower head it would be one extreme or the other, never balanced. On a positive note, the housekeeping was excellent.

The property needs updating. The key locks were not working to pool and courtyard. I used the shuttle to DF and it was very convenient. Staff members were very helpful.

I will start with a caveat that the weekend was very busy with Easter and the marathon. The area around was great and the facility was nice. The staff was ok and our ac didn’t work the first night. We called for a service person and they never showed up. We talked to them again the next day and they were able to reset it. I would for sure go back and recommend it to anyone, but will say the staff wasn’t the friendliest.
