The front desk staff was helpful. The parking is easy to access to hotel front entrance. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Walking around on the street is very safe. Only the pool is a little small. It would be better if the hotel has a jacuzzi or hot tub.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Parking is an additional $50 per night in the attached garage, the on site bistro is limited and pricey. There were maintenance issues like a broken door handle, and a weird shower/ bath faucet. The location is convenient and walkable to the many shops and restaurants in Brookline.

Great location. Friendly housekeeping mid stay, but at check-in linens on bed (one sheet and foot spread) had what sppeared to be small blood stains? Couch cushion was stained on top. When we flipped it the underside was very very stained. Called down twice at night extra blankets/linens. Eventually got them but not until we asked a different desk worker after shift change. Bistro area was odd. One lady made a coffee late at night, one guy said they did not have coffee at night. We were there 5 days and overall the place is clean, nice, safe, a great choice…but room wasn’t super clean and seriously plan to eat at one of the many other options nearby.

Easy Breezy Stay

Comfy and inviting as always, all the best amenities and love the blackout shades. I really like the Brookline location. Though the snack stand could use a little more attending to (ran out of packaged silverware and had to ask the bartender but i took the last one). Otherwise i’ll keep staying here!

This was our third stay at this property and the third time we had unwelcome surprises. They let us check in early, which I thought was nice, but then once we got to the room saw that it was handicap accessible and an adjoining room with shared door, which can be (and was) noisy. If the person at check-in had asked, "We can put you in an accessible, adjoining room, is that OK?" I would have been glad to wait for a room without those features. It seems at this property we always get "the last room," so next time we need a hotel in Brookline we'll try a different place.

The property is clean and great location next to Fenway Park. Some of the staff look like they don’t want to work there. You can tell! when I ask for a receipt or a good location to eat the y refer you to Google. But they have no issues being on there cellphones. The cleaning crew did a fantastic job.
