There was a mouse in the room. Desk offered to change our room but I was in bed already in anticipation of 4 am wake up for surgery. Needless to say I could not sleep. We noticed upon checking out a space under to door where rodents could get in. I put all this in my review directly to hotel but no response. I would like a credit.

Mattress was older and we sunk to the middle. Teenagers were unsupervised and unruly and disrespectful in the hallways until after 11pm. Despite multiple people asking them to quiet down. Very average accommodation with no night desk person or security to enforce supervision rules.

Staff was very informative and helpful. Great location. It is walking distance to a really nice Italian restaurant called Lucas. Also the hotel breakfast was convenient and really delicious! The fresh fruit, hashbrowns, bacon and real eggs were a hit! It wasnt free, but it was worth the price!

The room itself was nice, however, there is zero soundproofing. A group of guests in the hotel were standing in the hallway outside of our room and were loudly conversing. We felt like we were standing right next to them. Even when the group was outside we could still hear every word they were saying and we were on the 4th floor! This took place between 10:00 pm and 12:30 am.
