Good location walking distance to Piazza Duomo. Hotel is nice and clean except you can hear the rush of flowing water from the wall. Good breakfast in their restaurant located on the top floor with excellent views. Staff was helpful except during check in when I mentioned that I have Expedia VIP status, they kind of just laughed and said “Ok, so?” I told them I’m supposed to mention it when I check in. Anyway, I asked again later on in the day and I was told to just pick a bottle of wine or prosecco from the mini fridge. There were no wines in the fridge. There was a small bottle of Prosecco so I just didn’t bother at all.

You would not know it from the outside, but this hotel is absolutely beautiful inside. Just like this for Mesen since everything is condensed when you’re looking exterior to the interior, but the rooftop restaurant has seven fuse, and the rooms were quaint and cozy, but very well appointed. The bathtub, though…… I mean the bathtub, though it was worth every penny!

Disappointing 5 night stay. Needed to ask for an upgrade, but wished we hadn't due to the room given. Maintenance, incomplete furnishings, ripped up underlay, trip hazard near our room. Extremely noisy the entire time, especially at night, unable to sleep. No complimentary bottle of wine, due to being Gold members, even though we questioned it. No cups, glasses, needed to request coffee pods, glasses several times, to no avail. Requested milk for our room to enjoy a coffee or tea, and was advised by staff to visit the local supermarket to buy some. 400 euro a night, very very disappointed 😞 would never recommend.

We had a great stay here. The staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel was clean and quiet with an easy walk to major attractions. Very satisfied with the stay. The room was cozy and clean and up to date.
