Great check in! Room was big and great view of the Milano Centrale! Night Lights are amazing, no noise. We had a lining room with TV and bedroom with a larger TV. Room was modern, shower great! Rooms all good sized. Sofa turns into a sleep sofa if needed. Staff attentive! Many restaurants around and I had my favourite for dinner. Next morning, just walked across the street and right back at Milano Centrale, for our train to the Milan airport- most convenient!

“This was my second stay at Glam Hotel Milano Centrale, and I chose it again because of its unbeatable location—just a few steps from the central station. The rooms are modern and updated, and I really appreciate the bathrooms with bathtubs. My only suggestion would be to add an electric kettle with tea and coffee in the rooms, so guests don’t need to call reception. Other than that, everything was great as always!”

This review is for a 4-person suite, which might differ from other rooms. The hotel had a good location, very close to both the train station and metro, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, and we had a nice view of the train station and surrounding streets. Breakfast was decent (7/10), with a fair variety of options, though it was much more expensive than other places I stayed at - 18 Euros at reception and 25 at breakfast. For that price I expected a much better offering. However, there were a few issues during our stay. The room had two TVs, but one didn’t work (we didn’t request a fix since the other was fine), and the other had trouble playing YouTube videos, frequently buffering. Additionally, there was no tissue paper in the room, and when we asked for some at reception, it was not provided as they only had toilet paper. The door to the room was also a bit damaged, with splinters above the lock. On the day of checkout, I accidentally got a splinter in my finger from the door and advised the receptionist to fix it ASAP for safety/liability issues.. Overall, the location and cleanliness were great, but some maintenance and attention to small details could be improved.

Good location, opposite the station. Lots of dining options around the hotel. The room was clean and had a great bathroom. English TV stations very limited and the bed was very firm. The breakfast offering had a good selection of options.

The suite I stayed in was. 60th Birthday treat and cost nearly £400 a night. What I found I would be embarrassed to ask £40 a night. Tiles were hanging off the bathroom walls, part of the shower was also hanging off. I don't know when the room was last renovated but it is in desperate need of one with a repaired food area worktop repaired with adhesive that could have been done better by a 3 year old. It needs a dam good deep clean and a visit by a painter and decorator. I had paid upfront and couldn't get my money back otherwise I wouldn't have stayed the first night let alone 2 nights. If that's a reflection of the whole hotel then choose somewhere else in Milan. Shame on them.
