This review is for a 4-person suite, which might differ from other rooms.
The hotel had a good location, very close to both the train station and metro, making it easy to get around. The room was clean, and we had a nice view of the train station and surrounding streets. Breakfast was decent (7/10), with a fair variety of options, though it was much more expensive than other places I stayed at - 18 Euros at reception and 25 at breakfast. For that price I expected a much better offering.
However, there were a few issues during our stay. The room had two TVs, but one didn’t work (we didn’t request a fix since the other was fine), and the other had trouble playing YouTube videos, frequently buffering. Additionally, there was no tissue paper in the room, and when we asked for some at reception, it was not provided as they only had toilet paper.
The door to the room was also a bit damaged, with splinters above the lock. On the day of checkout, I accidentally got a splinter in my finger from the door and advised the receptionist to fix it ASAP for safety/liability issues..
Overall, the location and cleanliness were great, but some maintenance and attention to small details could be improved.
