I love the historical feature to this hotel is actually beautiful but the carpet needs to be replaced and the walls need painted. I mean, we all need to update occasionally. Front desk parking attendance everyone that worked there was a 10+ they were so kind and accommodating loved them. the bar is fabulous. The fireplace in the restaurant is superb, I didn’t like the cost of parking per night $70, ridiculous. I paid less $ to rent the car for four days.

Wonderful!!

Very friendly attentive staff, beautiful lobby with fireplaces and sitting areas with world charm, elegant but still cozy rooms and comfortable beds, all in an excellent walkable location! One small suggestion - some hooks or towel bar in bathroom to hang wet towels! When in Boston I will definitely stay here again!

I was there on a quick business trip, and The Lenox Hotel proved to be a surprisingly nice hotel. I had a good rate via Expedia, so my expectations were low. I was surprised by how nice it was and how comfortable the beds were. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

It’s a wonderful place in an exceptional location but our room was not up to the high standard we’ve come to expect from The Lenox. The biggest problem was the noise from the neighbors whether is was very phone call, discussion or early morning yells from the children. Walks were just too thin.
