"Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und nicht wirklich clean. Wellness Abteilung war gut. Leider spart man an ausgebildeten Fachkräften. Langes Warten oder gar keine Bestellung erhalten kein Deutsch kein Englisch. Keine richtige Aufklärung an der Reception. Auf der Checkout Rechnung viele Fehler auch mit Doppel Berechnung. Keine Rückfrage ob der Aufenthalt in Ordnung war. Leider meinerseits keine Wiederholung in Sicht. "
