Really enjoyed our stay at this house. This house was perfect for our group which consisted of two families (4 adults and 8 kids). The house was well appointed and every kitchen appliance needed to cook meals.We really enjoyed the deck on the top floor. Breath taking views of the sun setting over ski resort.

This was a wonderful property meticulously maintained and prepared by the property management team. The house was beautifully appointed, had literally everything we could have possibly needed, and was such a joy to stay in for our extended family vacation. My kids (ages 6,6 and 12) loved the home and we will be back next summer to stay again.

Sarah and her crew did an excellent job with this home. It was spacious for our party of 9, very clean, stocked kitchen appliances, and terrific views! Our kids (age ranging 9-18) loved the game room and hot tub while the adults loved the open floor plan on the main level. The table was large enough for us to sit around for mealtime and spacious enough for card games. Sarah was a great host and tended to our questions almost immediately. We will be back!

Family Spring Break Trip

A nice large home for our party of 12. Three levels to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We did not use the ski shuttle but instead drove to parking lot in Breckenridge with the gondola. This home is not real close to town but that was not our requirement. Would stay again in the future if large home was required.

Great Christmas Experience!

Lovely home with incredible view. We were three adult couples and the home was spacious, comfortable and accommodated us well with room left over. Very well appointed. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was large and convenient for all to work in. Sarah was very responsive to our questions and even put up a Christmas tree and stockings for our family. Amazing to see the wild foxes and moose! We highly recommend staying there.

Beautiful Accommodations

The house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and one infant. Three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. They had a pack and play for our grandson and a booster seat for feeding. House is very open and has lots of natural light. Kitchen was well equipped with various pots and pans, blenders, storage containers, bowls, plates, cups, coffee maker etc. Everything we needed. House was extremely clean. Property manager was extremely helpful with information about Breckenridge and made sure we had everything we needed. She checked in with me right away when we arrived. She went above and beyond making sure everything met or exceeded our expectations. We loved our time in Breckenridge and loved this home. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect mountain getaway

This home is situated the perfect distance from town which was easily accessible by car or free shuttle. The views are spectacular and the kitchen well appointed, which made cooking a pleasure. The pictures don’t do this house justice, it is truly beautiful and meticulously maintained. Any concerns or questions were immediately addressed and answered. I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return next summer

July 4th family get away

Beautiful home with all the convenience of home! Plenty of space for 4 adults & our 4 grandchildren. Sarah our property manager was so helpful with ideas to do during our trip from the moment I booked this beautiful property. The property was very close to town for restaurants, shopping & gondola. The hot tub was very relaxing after a full day of hiking. We enjoyed watching a family of fox in our backyard. Our family would highly recommend this home!!

Sarah was the best host! She was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help with any questions before and during our stay. The home was quite roomy and a perfect set-up for a large family. We had 12 of us (4 family units) and we all had plenty of space. From the time we got there the property owner had been in touch with us. She is extremely helpful and very nice. The house is great and the views are incredible. Picture Perfect!

Our group truly enjoyed staying at this beautiful house and property. The house is exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It was clean and very spacious, having more than enough room for our group of 3 families (12 people total). The basement set-up with bunk room, tv room, full bath, and additional bedroom was perfect for the kids to hang out in their own space, while the adults enjoyed the upstairs. The house is a little ways up the mountain ~about an 8-10min drive from town in winter conditions, but we felt it was well worth being a little farther out for the extra space and gorgeous views. We used the bus that stops at the end of the street multiple times- it makes several stops in town and will take you right to the gondola! We found it very convenient for skiing as parking near the gondola is a bit tricky, and also for going into town at night. The property manager is great to work with and very responsive. It was a beautiful week!

Memories of a lifetime!

We were able to enjoy this property the week of Thanksgiving and absolutely LOVED it! First, Sarah.....!!! Her communication from the day we booked the house through check-out was spectacular. We knew exactly what to expect and she ensured that the house exceeded our expectations. I've already booked two more of her properties for future stays because she was so accommodating, professional, helpful and just awesome! We also loved all of the amenities in the kitchen which made meals for our two families and Thanksgiving day prep so much easier. You never know what to expect in a rental and they literally had every single thing we needed for the week. Next, the house was so CLEAN and well-kept. We couldn't have asked for a more comfortable house, gorgeous house. The room layouts were perfect for two families and there was so much space for adults and kids to relax. We were also blown away by the kitchen amenities which made our Thanksgiving meal prep so much easier! I was also so thankful for the stocked bathroom essentials, which was unexpected and oh so appreciated! Lastly, the foxes. We fell in love with them and looked forward to their visits! They'd visit several times throughout the day and were so friendly. They looked/acted like they've been well fed by previous visitors and certainly made our week more enjoyable. They were so friendly and their little faces peeping in the house through the downstairs sliding glass doors never got old! We made memories of a lifetime this past week and we are so excited for our next stay(s) with Modern Retreats and this house! Thank you, Sarah, for helping make this trip wonderful!

Sarah exceeded our expectation as property manager. Each and every turn before and during our stay, she was quick in providing additional information making it a FABULOUS visit to Breckenridge. The house was the perfect size for our family of 10 in every way. The Kitchen and Living Room were awesome for us to congregate and spend a lot of family time together. Our home was positioned with amazing unblocked views of the mountains and ski slopes. Cleanliness and amenities provided were top notch and more than we have encountered in past homes. Location!

The house was awesome! Location was perfect for going into town, house had plenty of room for 12 people, and the view was so great! Sarah was very helpful and attentive to questions. The daily fox visitors was fun too! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing week! We had 3 families (6 adults / 6 kids) staying in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. Easy access to downtown Breck and peak 9. Sarah (property manager) was great to work with! You will not be disappointed with this house.

Splendid Ski Vacation

I can't say enough about Sarah, and this wonderful property. Sarah was by far one of the friendliest and helpful homeowners we have ever delt with. From the check-in to the check-out everything was super smooth. Sarah was always available to answer any questions regarding the house, and Breckinridge in general. The house was even better than the photos. Our family had a fantastic time in the hot tub, and playing pool...in between skiing that is. Each evening we enjoyed making dinners in the amazing kitchen. We even grilled a couple nights in the snow. The house was fully stocked with towel, linens, and kitchen appliances. The views from the property were breathtaking! It was certainly a vacation we will always remember. We will definitely be visiting this property again in the future. We highly recommend it others as well. Thank you so much Sarah!

Awesome property for wide range of ages!

We had an awesome vacation staying at this property! We loved every minute in the house…it was hard to leave! This property has a great layout for multiple families and offers fun for kids and adults of all ages. The house is incredible, super clean and offers everything you need to cook meals and live like you are at home. When we weren’t exploring the outdoors, we used the hot tub, played pool, shuffle board and board games provided by the host. The property manager is the best VRBO host we have ever dealt with and I will definitely stay in her properties again. She’s organized, thoughtful, super responsive and clearly cares a lot about the guests having a wonderful experience. The views are all beautiful but our favorite was a happy hour drink from the pool room, that has an incredible view of Breckenridge slopes. Thank you so much for letting us experience your incredible home! We all agreed we would love to stay again!! And just for reference, we were three “good friend” families with kids ranging from 9-17!
