"We arrived and an additional fee of 40 US$ was charged. This was not communicated in advance. We prepaid the hotel and had no choice as otherwise we would have lost the entire amount.
W hotel should have anounced it prior booking it. This is not correct and hotels.com should have advised but now says its a problem of the hotel not them.
Decided to book the nextn10 rooms elswhere"
