Cj at check-in was very nice this time, she is much nicer now compared to years ago. Leah @ the steakhouse very nice, it's always good at the bar when she's there. Not many people there, but other casinos nearby look very slow too. The water slide wasn't open on easter. Crazy

We didn't get our room until quite late—it wasn't ready. The bathroom drain got clogged when we went to shower, and no one came to clean it; it was absolutely disgusting. I had to clean it with my own hands because no one came to check on it.

The air conditioning was bad, it was hot in the rooms. No big rolling luggage carts, it took 3 trips to get 3 peoples things upto the room. Had to pay the resort fee, pool was closed the whole time. Wouldn't stay here again

The room needs to better cleaned, I literally could not walk barefoot as the only day I did the bottom of my feet were not dirty they were filthy black. The rooms need more towels and the room had no iron. Im glad I took a portable one.

No tea coffee facilities in the room. Shower was filthy. Mould on shower chair and hand rail. Only 2 sockets. Side table loose , unsafe to put anything on. Hairs and bits all over the floor. Bed was comfy
