The air conditioner was extremely noisy, the stairs to the 2nd floor we steep and for elderly people not super safe. Room was clean but missing a pillow and could also hear all of the people walking outside the room. The door was lacking sealing and allowed the noise and light in

The room needs to better cleaned, I literally could not walk barefoot as the only day I did the bottom of my feet were not dirty they were filthy black. The rooms need more towels and the room had no iron. Im glad I took a portable one.

No tea coffee facilities in the room. Shower was filthy. Mould on shower chair and hand rail. Only 2 sockets. Side table loose , unsafe to put anything on. Hairs and bits all over the floor. Bed was comfy
