I don't like the self-serve only check in. There's no one at the counter. Requires help (there was someone roving the area for that) to check in if you don't have a smart phone to read the code on the screen to get your keys. This elimination of employees is a bad development.

Rooms were very clean and better than I expected. The only downside for us was no tea or coffee in our room and that was disappointing but overall great place and stay and would stay again but a room with tea and coffee ☺️

Rooms were not the cleanest. Staff was friendly. Many places in the hotel (food court and gift shops) were overcharging on tabs/receipts for items not even purchased, pay attention to all purchases made and ask for receipts to verify.

The bunkbeds are good and very clean. Only thing is that there is a communal shared bathroom with no sink located in the hallway. The sinks are in the room and the bathroom is down the hall. Not too much of a struggle but something to consider if you want more privacy.
